I agree that the animal that is adopted will not be used for commercial or breeding purposes and I agree to sterilize the animal if it is not sterilized at the point of adoption.

I agree that the animal will not be allowed outdoors without proper supervision.

I agree to care for the animal in a humane manner and be a responsible guardian. This includes supplying adequate food, water, shelter, attention, and medical care.

I understand and agree that the current fosterer makes no guarantees about the animal’s temperament and is not responsible for future damages or injuries caused by the animal.

I agree to NOT have this animal declawed or de-toothed unless medically necessary and/or under the advice of a veterinarian or professional trainer due to aggression towards humans.

I agree that at no time will this animal be used for hunting, fighting, or any other activity that could put this animal in danger or risk of being harmed.

I give the current rescuer/fosterer permission to call my home at a reasonable time to assure that the animal is being properly treated and cared for.
